The motto of the NCC is “UNITY AND DISCIPLINE”.
NCC stands for the National Cadets Corps which is the Indian Military Cadet Corps. The NCC develops character, comradeship, ideals of service and capacity for leadership in the youth of the country, to stimulate interest in the defence of the country by providing service training to the youth, and to build up a reserve to enable the Armed Forces to expand rapidly during a National Emergency.It helps the youth of India to develop and prepare themselves in all three forces that is the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Airforce.
The enrolled strength of the Junior Wing is 100 cadets. At the training session, the NCC Cadets are trained as per the scheduled programme. The training starts from July and the cadets of the Junior Wing excel themselves in all the spheres of NCC activities.
In the training schedule, NCC cadets attend the literacy, health awareness camps. The Aids Awareness and Swach Bharat Abhiyaan rallies are also organized by our cadets to create awareness among the people.During CATC Camp the cadets participate in different activities like weapon training, obstacle training, map reading, essay writing etc.,
As a part of NCC training our cadets take part in various camps held at various places in which our cadets make their presence and win prizes bringing laurels to our institution.
